Analysis On The Current Situation Of Public Security Archives Management

Public security archives as real and original records of the events in public security work, is an important fruit of historical experience, it plays a significant role in the crime fighting, crime prevention, protection of the people and maintenance social stability. But with the progress of science and technology, the information age comes, the public security files problems stand out increasingly, there is a certain contradiction between the public security files and the sharing and informationalized network creation, public security archives management in addition to being able to meet the needs of the public security organs to carry out the work, but also can serve the national economic construction and social development. In this paper make actual interviews and questionnaires on the basis of existing literature review and the current public security archives management issues, effectively combine with the present situation of public security archives in storage, development and utilization, systematically clarify the problems in current public security file management workflow, team building, regulations and systems, digital information construction and other issues, and put forward some suggestions to improve the public security archives management.
