| The party’s sixth plenary of sixteen session made comprehensive deployment of building a harmonious socialist society, emphasizes to build a service-oriented government, strengthen the social management and public service functions. To strengthen the ability of government public service has become a trend of social development, in this information age, any development can not be separated from the support of information. And the comprehensive archives information resources is the government to improve the protection of public services. In this paper, through the analysis of the relationship between the comprehensive archives information service and public service, through summarizing the shortcomings of file information service at the present stage, in the combination of the new information dissemination means, this paper puts forward some innovative services. In order to improve the public through the use of archives information resources to meet their own public needs.This paper is divided into four parts, first part explains the research purpose of this research topic, research significance, domestic and foreign research status and the research methods; the second part introduces the related concepts of public service and archives information service, and find the Association; the third part mainly analyzes the present situation of comprehensive archives information public service ability, from found the problem; the fourth is mainly according to the above sums up the problems, and puts forward the corresponding innovative solutions. |
