Public Archives Carried Out Research On Epidemic Information Services On Weibo

With the outbreak of COVID-19,many problems and shortcomings have been exposed.Examples include health services,public health safety and emergency response mechanisms for emergencies.The epidemic has not only brought a "physical shock" to the health of the world’s population,but also caused an "information shock" to the public by the spread of all kinds of information about the epidemic.Therefore,the public needs to pay attention to the screening,trust,adoption and use of health information.In the field of public service,cultural information service is one of the services most needed by the public.Archival institutions release information through weibo platform,which is conducive to expanding the scope of service audience,optimizing service efficiency,meeting the needs of the masses,and providing good service to the people.At the same time,with the help of the cultural attributes and cultural values of archives,public archives can provide users’ demand-oriented archival services and spread and enhance the service influence of public archives.This paper is based on the value theory of archival evidence and Malezik’s theory of mass communication mode.First of all,the author completed the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the epidemic information service on weibo of public archives in a scientific and reasonable way by using the methods of questionnaire survey and network survey.Secondly,taking the microblog accounts of public archives of some provinces and cities in China with the largest number of followers as the research object,the feedback data of microblog operation,namely the number of likes,comments and forwarding,are analyzed and evaluated by data capture technology.Furthermore,based on the above research,the paper analyzes and summarizes the aspects that public archives need to improve when providing archive information service through microblog platform,mainly including the following aspects: microblog channel operation consciousness,microblog content operation and classified management of information release.Finally,aiming at the above problems,we hope to provide some reference optimization strategies for the file service of the microblog platform of public archives.It mainly includes the following points: strengthen active service consciousness and avoid information vacuum through multi-department cooperation;The establishment of public opinion special archives,while preserving social memory,correctly guide public opinion;Perfect integration of technology and talents,the implementation of online and offline archive services,improve the information literacy of the public.
