Today with rapid development of many new platforms in the new media environment, greatly improvement of the information network infrastructure, rapidly spread of the intelligent Internet terminal, technology upgrading of computer, network, terminal, massive information spread quickly to the audiences through the way of fragmentation all the time. In this context, "information animation" caters to today’s main consumers--mainly new born consumer group who are born after 80’s 90’s even 00’s, as a new audio-visual style, with its rich subject matter, exquisitely made, easy viewing, very interactive features and so on. Which is appeared diversity for the compatible mixed’s presentation forms and communication forms, has convey more information content, and it is becoming more entertaining for its dissemination forms and of content, and then be more and more popular for audience. So In the comprehensive art of this new media generation, "information animation" has becoming a dissemination form which quite can meet people’s needs of required higher spiritual needs and entertainment needs with the improvement of living standards.Information is the main content to show in the "information of the animation", the animation is just the carrier of information, the information is the content to show. It often makes the vivid showing in the "information of the animation" for the objectivity and unlimitedness of the information features and so on. Animation is a form of information dissemination process, symbol as a performance, depending on the media, with different communication ways, three historical stages for medium shows the historical line of the content and form in the "information of the animation" dissemination and the relation between "information of the animation" and audience. Information animation is basing on its realistic assumption and exaggeration of continuation of the traditional animation, relying on the computer technology in the development process, strengthening its commercial and entertainment by continuous development of new media network and terminal,, which shows the powerful ability of changing text symbols and the visual information into to active visual image, presenting diversified aesthetic artistic representation. In order to promote the development of Chinese animation information, this paper analyzes the present development of the Internet information of the animation, animation for information transmission of information and entertainment from information, media, audience, which shows that information and entertainment is an essential factor for the sustainable development of modern information animation as well as how we can develop entertainment and informatization in information animation transmission.
