Television is the medium form based on technological invention and creativity. The biggest advantage of television media in the traditional environment because it has the ability to disseminate the audio and visual information, to creating a sense of the scene. However, with the communication technology developed the spread of access to digital information age, especially the Internet which own the transmission ability to including the sound, image, video, text and other vector-borne, television's traditional strengths will be challenged.This paper's study object is the Internet impacts on the mode of television medium transmission. And this paper attempts to make a research on the development and impacts of television medium under the Internet media environment. From three aspects of the process of communication to analysis the Internet impacts of on television media, from the sender to the mode of Television transmission ways and the changes of from receiver.
