The heat setting machine is mainly used for the wide industrial cloth and industrial net processing.It integrate the size of the fabric and destressed in the appro-priate temperature, tension conditions, and ultimately achieved product requirements.The project comes from the cooperate issue,8.5 meter heat setting machine control system design and experimental research of algorithm, which involve Henan HuaFeng net industry Polytron Technologies Inc and Tianjin Polytechnic University. Because of the original heat setting machine of the enterprise named KVAERNER forming too early,Now the equipment appeared problems like the high failure rate and the low control precision etc. Therefore, in the research of the polyester net heat setting process and the advanced automation equipment at home and abroad, a set of heat setting control system which can meet the needs of production and control precision is designed. The electrical control system consists of the following several parts:(1) The communication network and DCS:fast, low loss of digital and analog signal can be transmitted through the Profibus-DP field bus between the master and slave site. DCS is used to discrete control and centralize management the part of main drive, stretch, stretch and temperature.(2) The tensile control module:Because of the mutual coupling of the tensile tension and synchronous control,The tension-synchronous double closed loop coupling control is designe,PID control algorithm with integral separation and 6RA70 series DC speed regulating device are important to solve the problem of major tension fluctuation and poor speed governing performance in the tension process.(3) The tenter control module:Because of the problem of heat setting tenter process can not be used to pull in a one-time tension on the fabric, a methed of multi-segment increasing tenter tension and variable structure in the limit of integral PID control algorithm for the tenter process are designed to adjust real-time the tenter tension,which can ensure that the actual value of tenter tension can quickly respond without overshoot.S 120 AC drive and Fuzzy-PID control algorithm were used to realize the synchronization between the needle plate and the active roll in the tenter process.(4) The Shimaden PAD37-series three-phase adjuster and FP93 temperature controller are adopted to communicate with PLC by RS485 field bus which is based on Modbus.Using the control algorithm is used to adjust the temperature of the hot air box, and the dynamic state and stability of the heat setting temperature is ensured. Expert intelligent PID control algorithm is used to online adjust the temperature of the hot air chamber, to ensure that the dynamic characteristics and the stability of the heat setting temperature.(5) PC monitoring system:Using industrial control computer, touch screen and supporting Siemens Wince, Winccflexible PC configuration software,not only Can they real-time monitor the heat setting process of polyester net and adjust corresponding parameter,but also can they archive the process value and achieve the report printing and so on.This paper mainly studies 8.5 meter heat setting machine electrical control system design and algorithm design and optimization of tensile control and tenter control. Firstly,the overall scheme of the setting machine control system was put forward according to the process and technology requirements of setting machine the thesis. Secondly, the various control parts are analyzed in detail, and in view of the controlled objects,the corresponding mathematical model is established. Finally, the optimal control algorithm is adopted to improve the automation degree and control precision. The control system can heat setting different size of polyester.It improves the quality of the polyester and brings good economic benefits and social benefits.
