Fieldbus is developed in the late1980s,a digital, intelligent,bi-directional,multi-node communication and control system. Existing fieldbus standardPROFIBUS fieldbus with communication of real-time strong,the transmission rateand low cost characteristics of the most widely used,it includes the PROFIBUS-DPPROFIBUS-PA and PROFIBUS-FMS three series.DP and PA used in transmissionand encoding between the two can not be directly connected for data transfer,thisarticle by DP and PA bus protocol and transmission technology to complete thedevelopment and design of the PROFIBUS DP/PA coupler,allowing convenientaccess for PROFIBUS-PA devices on PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus unified andintegrated.This Thesis first introduces the basic features of the PROFIBUS fieldbus,adetailed study of the structure of the agreement,the data access mechanisms,andwith the research objectives of this project on the physical layer and data link layertechnology for the DP/PA couplerdesign and lay a foundation.Secondly,thechoice of microcontroller and at this stage PROFIBUS interface development andimplementation of popular control chip-ASIC chip DP/PA coupler productdevelopment ideas,the choice of smart chip SPC3,SPC4as DP,PA bus controllerresponsible for the completion of data conversion and transceiver function, themicrocontroller is responsible for the completion of the exchange of data betweentwo buses.On the basis of theoretical analysis, to build the hardware circuit of theAT89S51,SPC3and SPC4and completion of the software programming and thepreparation of the GSD file....
