Analysis And Research On Document Management System Of Minxi Vocational And Technical College

With the rapid development of science and technology, modern information technology plays an increasingly important role in the field of document management. Because of the increasing of the side of college, higher vocational college have a number of campuses. Minxi Vocational & Technical Colleges of document management work is still widely used in the traditional way by hand, a few departments just using an earlier management system which just only have thecapabilities of uploaded and storage, resulting in higher vocational colleges document processing inefficient and difficult to achieve sharing the information and data, which can not meet the need to develop the higher vocational colleges, as this reasons the higher vocational colleges are urgent to can not meet the urgent need to adopt modern information technology to build sophisticated, efficient, collaborative document management system.In this paper, using the method of object-oriented software engineering and the UML modeling techniques, following the steps of the system software process, analysis this system. Firstly, basing on the background of Minxi Vocational & Technical Colleges national key vocational college digital campus need to build a document management system,this paper introduced the significance of the project and the research and application of the document management system construction work at home and abroad, made a clear the content and main work of this paper; In business analysis, the paper analyses the problem, organizational structure, existing business processes of this system and then given the optimized business processes. In functional analysis, the paper used the case analysis and the case descriptions to clear the function of the system and have given the overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of system,which includes receipt management, issued a document management, information disclosure, meeting management, archive management, loan management, role management, and other sub-package diagram. In data analysis,the paper analysed the data which are the the function of the system need, and then had given the entity class diagram,and had established a database table structure. Finally, the paper gave a summary for the research and analysis, and made a prospected for the further work.
