Document processing and management is an important part of a government department in the daily management of the process, in the process of traditional document management, document processing method is mainly used in the mail or direct service to transfer files, so it becomes very complex, tedious would inconvenience in document processing, but also to the document processing speed, easy to leak, easy to lose, the use cost is relatively high。This paper introduces the document transmission management system research background, significance and status of research and application at present, the main research content; in business analysis, the problems of system, organization, the original business processes were analyzed, after the transformation of the business process is given; in function analysis, through the use case analysis and use case description, the system function, general function gives the system the package diagram and package diagram sub function, including the departments issued a document management, meeting management, request and report management, to the management, seal management package diagram; in the data analysis, the the function of the system needs to process the data is analyzed, the entity relationship diagram is given, the establishment of the database table structure; finally, summarizes the research and analysis of the work done, and the further work is prospectedFuzhou City Public Security Bureau through the use of the system specification document to improve the efficiency of document processing unit processing, document processing, so that the data can be shared with other system, timely understanding of the document processing related developments.
