With the development of express delivery service industry in 1979, it has become an important part of the social and economic development through 30 years of rapid development. Therefore, this paper mainly for the express industry in the training and development of staff management system for research and analysis, only the training and management of the development mechanism, to make human resource management become the core of enterprise management, but also to make the express industry to get further development.This paper introduces the system of employee training management of DHL’s research background, significance and current status of research and application, and clarified the main work of the paper; in business analysis, the problems of system, organization, the original business processes were analyzed, after the transformation of the business process. Give in; function analysis, through the use case analysis and use case description, the system function, the overall function gives the system package diagram and package diagram sub functions, including training needs analysis, training plan, training plan, training schedule, training management and training management, allocation management package diagram; in data analysis, the function of each system is required to process data are analyzed, the entity class diagram is given, the establishment of the database table structure; finally, summarizes the research and analysis of the work done, and the further work is prospected.
