Research And Analysis On Personnel Management Information System Of Xinlian Primary School

After entering the twenty-first Century, the scientific technology based on Internet develops rapidly and has gone into people’s life, work and study. With the help of Internet Technolgy, the Enterprises and institutions improve work process, office efficiency and security of data, and it becomes a trend. At present, there are more mature and advanced information system beyond seas, but it is difficult to meet the needs of primary school at home. At the same time, in our country the construction of the elementary school personnel management system has many issues, which delays its development. Therefore, with the development of technology and the evolution, according to the basic needs of Zhongshan City Xinlian primary school personnel management, how to combine with advanced concepts, and use reasonable technology to construct Xinlian primary school personnel management information system is currently important issues of Xinlian primary school.This thesis introduces the research background, the current research and application status of Zhongshan City Xinlian primary school personnel management system, and identifies the main work and research contents. In the business analysis, the existing problems of system, organizations, the original business processes are analyzed in this thesis, and then the optimized business processes are given. In the function analysis, through the use case analysis and use case descriptions, the thesis identifies the system functions, and gives the system function package diagram and sub-function package diagrams, including the teacher recruitment sub-function package diagram, the teacher leave sub-function package diagram and so on. In the data analysis, the data of the system needs to be processed is analyzed, the entity class relationship diagram is given, and the database tables’ structure is established. At last, the content and main work are summarized and at the same time, the thesis’s insufficient aspect is discussed. The future work to do is also prospected in this thesis.
