The Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System Based On STRUTS

With the continuous development of information society,data processing technology has permeated all aspects of our work and life.The database technology used to process data is an indispensable means.The continuous development of various computer technologies,database technologies and network technologies has also made it possible to develop office automation systems with high functionality,high speed,low cost and better quality.Only by improving the efficiency of our own office can we better serve the social development.Institutions should focus on the current society,improve the ability of office innovation,change the mode of work,enhance their own work efficiency and provide assistance for social development.office automation system provides a new,efficient and intelligent mode of operation,timely and accurate office information upload and release.Different from the manual mode of operation in the past,office automation reduces the burden on staff,saves office expenses,and can see the great benefits of paperless office immediately.This thesis is designed with STRUTS application framework as the core,taking the needs analysis,system design and implementation of the office automation system as the main line,and uses the prototype method and the structured method to analyze and design the system.With reference to the daily work of the institutions to design a business office to meet the needs of all office automation systems.The main functions of the system include personnel file management,document management,financial management,information resource management and office resource management.In this paper,for financial management and document management two sub systems detailed description.The design environment of this subject is based on LAN.it is based on SQL Server2008 office automation system.Adopting the B/S structure of the three-tier architecture(database persistence layer,business processing layer and view presentation layer)of the Web application,the code is clearer and the coupling is higher.
