Research And Analysis On Document Management System Of Zhejiang Textile And Garment Vocational And Technical College

With the development of science and technology on computer, the internet has already penetrated into people’s lives, especially in the usual work. The proportion of using the internet to work becomes larger and larger. According to the related requirements from the national development of informatization committee and the national information security, there is an urgent need in building a system of document management. Therefore, the aim of designing the system of document management is to improve the level of document management and the work efficiency in company as well as the informatization. It can provide a guarantee of work and convenience.The paper discusses the design and development of document management system in terms of business analysis, function analysis and data analysis. In the stage of business analysis, document management system is analyzed in terms of business requirements in details in order to confirm the business procedure. In the stage of function analysis, the function of the document management system is divided into system management, receiving management, dispatching management, archiving management, basic data management, searching management and counting management according to the first stage. The document management system is able to achieve some business work, including creating, sending, receiving, processing, searching, archiving, user management and data management. Besides, it can be convenient, efficient and safe.In order to achieve the document management system of Zhejiang Textile & Fashion College, the system is modeled, analyzed and designed by many ways, including using the development procedure of incremental, using the thought of object-oriented system development, UML modeling language, the VS2010 and other related development tools. The system is designed by analyzing examples, diagrams, class diagrams and getting the results of the analysis. The application of this system can deal with the low efficiency, workload and document tracking problem during the original manual management mode. It is convenient to share files and it can get efficiency as well as a good reputation.
