Research And Analysis On Student 's Achievement Management System In Wenhua University

The management of students’scores in Wenhua College is very complex. Although many universities have used management information system, but Wenhua College has not yet put forward a set of complete and unified grade management system which is suitable for the actual running situation of Wenhua College. Therefore, it is very necessary to design and develop a grade management system which can adapt to the actual situation of Wenhua College. At the same time, it can also play an important role in the reform and development of the college.The thesis introduces the research background, significance of the project and current status of the research and application of the grade management system in Wenhua College, and also explains the research content of this thesis and the main work. In the part of business analysis, the thesis analyzes problems existing in the system, organizational structure and original business process, and also puts forwards a modified business process. In the part of functional analysis, by the use of analysis and description of the case, the thesis clears the system function and proposes the system’s overall functionality package diagrams and sub-functionality package diagrams including test arrangement package, examination management package, grade management package, package of statistics and analysis for the grade, package of management for the teacher’s information and package of course information management. In the part of data analysis, the thesis analyzes the data which functions of the system need to deal with, proposes the entity relationship diagram and establishes the structure of database table. At last, the research and analysis are summarized and the further work is also prospected in the thesis.
