Research And Analysis On Document Management System Of Public Security Bureau In Sanming City

Document management is an important part of government daily office work. Traditional way of document processing most adopt post and artificial served directly, that will not only make it too complexity, high cost and low efficiency, but also maybe leads to lose and leak.This paper introduces the research background of Sanming Public Security Bureau’s document management system, project significance, current research and application present situation, clearing research content and main work; In Business analysis Section, this paper analyzes system problems, organization, the original business process, then gives a modified business process; In Functional analysis Section, this paper through the case analysis and case description, clears the system function, gives the system’s overall function package diagram and the package diagram, including notification management, fax, presentation library management, library management supervision division, dispatch management, system management etc; In Data analysis Section, this paper analyzes the data that need to be the deal with in each function of the system, gives the entity class diagram and establishes the structure of database table; Finally, this paper summarizes the research and analysis of the work done, and the further work is also discussed.
