Research And Analysis On The Management Information System Of Gannan Teachers' College

With the number of college students continue increase and the scale of college is expanding, the college as a base of talent training, is faced with various problems and challenges in the management. One of which is the management of students. Thus every college need to overcome this challenges what how to improve the student work management efficiency. At the same time, the computer technology, internet technology and information technology are developing rapidly, and the use of these technologies in the society, has brought a huge promoting to the development of the society. Therefore, to use these technologies for the challenges of college student work management, is the main content of this research.According to the practical needs of Gannan Normal University school work management, this article will learn construction management system is divided into basic information management, assessment scholarship management, advance choosing management, student aid management and disciplinary action manage five modules. Firstly, this paper outlines the research background of Gannan Normal University student work management system, and the current applied situation of its similar studies. Summarized the significance and importance of this research, and clearly the content and the main thesis of the work. Secondly, the system is operational analysis, including an analysis of business issues with the original outline business processes, based on the analysis of existing business process reengineering business processes is given. Based on the business analysis, analyzed the system functions, by using the data flow diagram to establish data modeling for the data of system. Also to help the college to optimize the allocation of resources, improve resource utilization and the teaching quality.
