Research And Analysis On Student Finance Subsidy Management System In Sanming College

In recent years, with the educational expansion of our university, the workload of management of financial aid to the students from families with financial difficulties increases by folds annually. It is a fact that the policy system of financial aid has been gradually improved and perfected, the coverage of the aid has been further broadened and the types of aiding items are manifold, and that the work demands from the above relative departments on aiding policy publicity and management grow higher. Nevertheless, since the concerning management personnel are very limited, the work is increasingly complicated and difficult and thus the task is always tough. Obviously, it becomes a must to upgrade the level of information management of financial aid, to specify the work flow, to enhance information transparency, and to improve the work efficiency, so as to make a full use of modern information technology and carry out the actual time supervisory control, which will enable the teachers and students to accomplish the aiding objective of the task. Therefore, it becomes an urgent problem to be settled to make a study and analyses of the system of financial aid management which is applicable to Sanming University with features of practical function, easy operation and data accuracy.This paper introduces the audit management system of students’financial aid in Sanming University in terms of research background, the significance of the project, the current research and application status, and defines the research content of the paper and the main task as well. Business analyses first tackle the existing problems, the mechanism, and the original work flow, and then provide a reformed work flow. Function analyses, through use case analyses and specification, defines the functions of the system and provides a package diagram of general function and a diagram of sub-functions including financial aid management, aid application, aid audit, aid inquiry and aid funds issue etc. Data analyses deal with the data of the respective function to be processed and come out with a diagram of substantial relationship. Finally, the paper makes a summary of the above research and analyses, and furthermore presents some expectations of the future work.
