Student attendance to the school educational administration is essential, and the rapid development of today’s information society, computer technology, network technology on all aspects of human economic life, social life have had a huge impact, whether business or government currently organs, institutions are actively using a variety of computer application systems to improve work efficiency. Higher Learning and attendance management is currently the traditional manual method, there are many shortcomings, such as:low efficiency, poor real-time, prone to errors, omissions, and not conducive to statistical analysis, the other over time, will produce a large number of documents and data, this search, update and maintenance have brought a lot of difficulties.
