School management is an important part of the teaching management in every school, especially in the higher learning institutions. In recent years, my school recruitment of students scale expands day by day, increases exponentially with the number of students, to student’s information input and management bring great challenge, the traditional manual management and semi automated approach has been unable to make the student management work smoothly and orderly. Therefore, it is necessary to make full use of modern means of information management, through development a reasonable setting, content complete, advanced features, and in accordance with the actual management of the school student management system, to realize school management informationization, digitization, networking, and improve the efficiency of management, to ensure the management effect.This paper first introduced the Jiangmen Xinhui electromechanical occupation technical school student management system research background and significance, and the main work of the paper; in business analysis, the existing problems of student management system, the organization, the original business processes were analyzed, after the transformation of the business process.
