Research And Analysis On Student Dormitory Management System Of Yunnan University Tourism And Cultural College

Students’ dormitory is the main place to college students’ life, so the dormitory management is an important part of student work.Student accommodation dispersion, the increase of the number of students, students’ dormitory management faces multiple, complex, complex situation, brings to the campus security management and the students normal life more hidden trouble, how to solve these problems, as school management concerns, asked to meet the needs of the development of the school, further enhance the work efficiency of school management, school need to develop a set of suitable for student dormitory management information system, using computer information management instead of the current manual and the method of single management, improve the work efficiency of dormitory management.In this paper, combined with the needs of the college dormitory management of Yunnan University, the management system of dormitory management system is studied and analyzed by using software engineering theory, tools and techniques. To make our college dormitory management more systematic and standardized, avoid arbitrary management, provides an information processing accuracy, can timely and effective modification developed for student hostel management system is particularly necessary. Firstly, this paper analyzes the significance and status quo of dormitory management system, and gives the business process analysis, data flow analysis and data dictionary according to the business needs of the dormitory management. The main modules include new stay management, student accommodation management, dormitory health management, visiting management, payment management, management of the basic information management, graduate student dormitory management module. This paper mainly analyzes the above modules. I hope to make a certain contribution to the next design.
