Salary management information is an important part of highway enterprise information management, it is to reduce the salary management, effective means to improve the level of compensation management. Then, analyzed its salary management status and problems, in sort of the original business process where employees basic payroll-making process, employees five insurance payment schedule development process, employee payroll table making processes, employee payroll After the approval process, employee benefits bonuses table making process and employee benefits bonuses approval process of the six business processes, according to automatically calculate and pay online approval process in accordance with the requirements of the business process is optimized, it is divided into the basic wage employee management processes employees five insurance payments management processes, employee payroll management process three processes, while new staff basic information management processes and statistical reporting management processes two processes. Then, based on business analysis, a systematic functional analysis defines personnel administrator, salary administrators, and system administrators pay examiners four roles, while systematically use cases, staff basic information management use cases, Employees basic salary management use cases, employees five insurance payments management use cases, staff payroll management use cases, statistics report management use cases and use case management system is described in detail, and gives the system function package diagram.
