The human resources are core of the development of business, and compensation management is an important part of the human resources management.The compensation management is that how the organization managers formulate and adjust the form,the structure,the levels,the grades and the standards of staff salaries. Include the following four aspects:setting salary goals,selecting salary policies,setting salary plans and adjusting salary structures.With the development of software technology of computer,we can design salary management system to help companies in the management process to achieve the rational allocation of human resources, save time and increase work efficiency, reduce production costs.This salary management system we designed is the management system of C/S/S structure,programeg by powerbuilder programming language.The system can achieve the following functions:defining the salary project by salaries category;setting permissions for different catageries and projects of salaries;paying the salaries in different currencies, according to the staff of different categaries of salaries; allowing to pay the salaries or bonuses for several times a month, can deal with multiple button zero; defining formula of the salaries projects flexibly; the classified accounting unit can issue the salary in the subordinate units, and finally complete the validation and summary accounting of wages by the head office;paying the salary by banks; generating the appropriate accounting documents directly based on the salary services; quering and aggregating data flexibly.This salary management system we designed,realized the informatization of the salary management business in the enterprise human resources management,increased the efficiency and level of the salary management. The establishment and application of this system PowerBuilder 9.0 will improve the function of the whole ERP system preferably, accelerate the paperless process of the enterprise and increase the enterprise's level of human resources management. The design ideas of this system have the certain reference value for the design of the same type of management system.
