Marketing information management system is a indispensable part of enterprises.Its content is very important for management of enterprise service products.Industrial & Commercial Bank of China is the largest commercial bank in China.There is the largest customer base.With the rapid development of domestic economy in recent years enterprises marketing information management of bank also met with management problems such as data management disordered,sales work chaos,working inefficient and so on.On this background the research and analysis about Industrial & Commercial Bank of China enterprises marketing information management system becomes necessary.The writer studied and analyzed Industrial & Commercial Bank of China nterprises marketing information management system with his professional knowledge and ears of working experience.The precondition is project context,project significance,the current research and application status.lt makes clear the main research work.The writer studied and analyzed Industrial & Commercial Bank of China enterprises marketing information management system with his professional knowledge and years of working experience.The precondition is project context.project significance,the current research and application status.It makes clear the main research work.The thesis analyzes the problems existing in the system,organization and the original business process in business analysis.They are regrouped and re-engineered and arrived at the optimized business processes.Based on it the system function is analyzed and the user role of system are made clear,the use case analysis are given.Then the package diagram of system function and the child package diagrams are given including diagrams about customer management,marketing products management,marketing process management,marketing evaluation management,marketing surveillance management,data management,systems management. The control class diagrams,the operating thumbnail class diagrams and the entity class diagrams are analyzed in data analysis.Based on it the database table structures are established.The thesis summarizes all the research and analysis in the end and prospects the further work.
