In recent years, as people’s living standards improve, the demand for food is also increasing production scale food growing. At the same time, operating the restaurant industry and complicated sales process, the food safety risks increases, food service food safety has increasingly become a social issue that people feel strongly about. Strengthen food safety supervision, the establishment of a comprehensive and efficient food safety supervision mechanism is the key to solving the food service food safety supervision.The paper introduces the research background Taizhou food service food safety supervision management system, project significance and current research and application of, clearly the content and main work of the study; in business analysis, the paper system problems, organization, existing business processes are analyzed, given the optimized business processes; in functional analysis, paper use cases and use case descriptions, a clear function of the system, given the overall function package diagram of the system and sub-function package through map, including food record management, daily supervision of food management, food quality inspection management, food quality incident handling management, basic information management, systems management and other sub-package diagram; in the data analysis, the paper each function of the system that need to be addressed data analyzed, given the entity class diagram, established a database table structure; Finally, the paper did research and analysis are summarized, and further work in the future.
