Research On The Design Of Corporate Offices Under The Background Of Economic Transformation And Upgranding

Chinese economy faces the transformation and upgrading. As the core mandate of the economic transformation and upgrading is the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, only by enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises——research and innovation capacity,establishment good corporate culture and strengthen the corporate brand building, the enterprises can avoid being eliminated by the market.The traditional corporate office buildings which show many deficiencies is also facing the transformation and upgrading. The private economy of Quanzhou is developed,Quanzhou is known as "special economic zone", in where enterprises office buildings require comprehensive updates, to better adapt to the deman of the new development.This study is based on the research of office buildings in Quanzhou, and combines the project designed during my graduate phases and summarizes the characteristics of enterprise office building under the background of economic transformation and upgrading by comparatively analyzing the promotion of function, streamline reorganization, and corporate culture expression these three main aspects,then generalizes the corresponding design strategy.This article is divided into five chapters:The first chapter introduces the research background, defined the research object, and put forward the research purpose, research significance and research methods.The second chapter summarized the development trend of enterprises office buildings by analysing the domestic and overseas cases, then startwith the economic characteristics of the Quanzhou region to start, discussing the development trend of the Quanzhou area office buildings, shows that large numbers of enterprises office buildings of Quanzhou face upgrading,It is typical and representative to take Quanzhou area as an example.According to the different classification basis, the third chapter classified the enterprises office buildings of Quanzhou area, and summarizes the features of each category.Chapter four introduces the three main aspects of corporate offices: function promotion, streamline recombinant and expression of corporate culture. Through comparative analysis of traditional corporate offices and upgraded corporate offices, author obtained the main characteristics of corporate offices under the background of economic transformation.The fifth hapter takes the typical project of enterprises office building in Quanzhou I involved in design for example, and analyse the design methods of enterprises office buildings under the background of economic transformation and upgrading.The sixth chapter summarizes and proposes the recommended design strategy of enterprises office buildings of Quanzhou under the background of economic transformation and upgrading.
