| In the context of economic globalization,with the rapid development of science and technology,the external environment is changing with each passing day,and industrial transformation is the general trend.In this situation,in order to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage in the unpredictable external environment,enterprises must continue to implement technological innovation and promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises to match the external environment.Entrepreneurs,as the soul of an enterprise,determine the destiny and development direction of an enterprise.The exertion of entrepreneurial spirit affects the recognition and utilization of internal and external resources,opportunities,and the behaviors taken in technological innovation.However,the existing research on technological innovation is mostly based on a static perspective.It is difficult to reveal the dynamic evolution process of enterprises’ technological innovation capabilities under the influence of a turbulent external environment,causing the separation of theory and practice.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the causes and consequences of enterprises’ technological innovation capabilities based on a dynamic perspective.In addition,existing research seldom focuses on the dynamic capability of enterprise technological innovation.Since entrepreneurship can promote technological innovation of enterprises,and the improvement of technological innovation capabilities of enterprises can help them achieve transformation and upgrading,how can entrepreneurs play entrepreneurship promotes the formation of a dynamic technological innovation capability mechanism for enterprises to complete the transformation and upgrading,and how to achieve enterprise transformation and upgrading more effectively through the improvement of technological innovation dynamic capability is a problem that needs to be explored,and the current research on this mechanism is still for scarce.Therefore,based on the dynamic and process perspective,this article attempts to use a double case study method to explore and answer the following questions: How to give full play to the entrepreneurial spirit at different stages of the enterprise development process,so as to realize the formation of the dynamic capability mechanism of enterprise technological innovation,and then promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises? How can enterprises make better use of technological innovation dynamic capabilities to complete their transformation and upgrading? This article takes automobile manufacturing enterprises as the research object,first analyzes how the power of entrepreneurship and behavioral process alternately become the key factors influencing the formation of the dynamic capability mechanism of technological innovation in the three different stages of the enterprise development process,and summarizes the mechanism between the entrepreneurship and the dynamic capabilities of technological innovation;at the same time,it reveals the process of enterprise transformation and upgrading on this basis,and then summarizes and extracts the process model of “entrepreneurship-enterprise technological innovation dynamic capabilities-enterprise transformation and upgrading”;secondly,it adds an explanation of the extension of the enterprise value chain,and deeply analyzes the role path of the enterprise’s technological innovation dynamic ability to promote the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise.The results of the case analysis are as follows: First,in the three different stages of enterprise development,the two dimensions of entrepreneurial power and behavioral process play different roles in different stages,which will have a key impact on the formation of the dynamic capability mechanism of enterprise technological innovation,and then promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises;second,under the complex and changeable external environment,the dynamic capability of technological innovation promotes the transformation and upgrading of enterprises by promoting the extension of enterprise value chain;the third is to summarize the theoretical model of the formation of the dynamic capability mechanism of enterprise technological innovation with entrepreneurial spirit as the antecedent and its promotion of enterprise transformation and upgrading.This paper makes up for the lack of current research on technological innovation dynamic capabilities and enterprise transformation and upgrading issues,and the internal mechanism of automobile manufacturing enterprises occupying the dominant position through forming the dynamic capability mechanism of technological innovation is revealed,which has important guiding significance for the practice of enterprise transformation and upgrading. |
