Electric power construction project in the national power and plays an irreplaceable role in the construction of power grid. Each power construction projects is important for the electric power project construction and the expansion of power system. At present, with the quick economic development in our country, the people’s life is becoming better, and the electricity consumption increases greatly at the same time. How to make the whole power system stable and how to reduce the risk are the new challenges and new opportunities for the power construction projects. lOkV open closed station, as the low voltage power distribution in the electricity network, is one of the most important step which plays a huge role and stretches the grid line of power supply network. Therefore, the risk management research on 10kVopen closed station is especially necessary.This paper points out the existing problems in Tangshan lOkV switching station project risk management. Further, through risk identification, the paper obtains eighteen risk sources of the Tangshan switching 10kV station, covering all aspects. On the basis of this, the risk evaluation index system is constructed. Then the paper builds an appropriate model through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Using the model, the paper draws a case study on Tangshan lOkV switching station. Meanwhile, the appropriate risk prevention strategies for the Tangshan 10kV switching station construction project are proposed.This paper first introduces the research background, significance, and idea of the whole paper. Then, the paper gives a brief introduction of the basic concept of risk management, risk identification method, risk evaluation method and measures to deal with risk, which lays an important foundation for the further study. After that, the paper analyses the present risk management situation of Tangshan 10kV switching station, and proposes the risk managerial principles and goals. Meanwhile, based on the reality,the necessity, problems and shortcomings of the present Tangshan Nanhu lOkV switching station are also given out. Furthermore, the risk evaluation index system of the Tangshan 10kV switching station is put forward. Then, the paper proposes an appropriate method to evaluate the risk of the Tangshan lOkV switching station, which is fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. On the basis of this method, a model to evaluate the risk in the Tangshan lOkV switching station construction project is constructed, At the same time, the appropriate risk prevention strategies are put forward. The main research content and results of the paper have a theoretical and practical reference value for the similar risk management on electrical construction projects.
