Research On Investment Risk Management Of DeZhou Sun Valley Office Building Construction Project

But in today’s increasingly serious environmental pollution, high energy consumption problem of the construction industry, especially the problem such as high pollution, high risk, has become the important problem restricting the sustainable development of economy of our country. Any industry has a certain risk factors, how to carry on the risk management of project, the project to minimise the risk of potential, and obtain the biggest economic benefit and social benefit is more and more attention from people.The development of risk management in our country, only more than 20 years of history, because it belongs to comprehensive stronger discipline, mainly for project risk factors such as technology, equipment, quality and engineering reliability analysis. At present, especially for a measure of the risk assessment and quantitative analysis methods almost no relevant theoretical research, risk management in our country is still in its primary stage of development, therefore, the engineering construction project investment risk management still exist many defects, has yet to be further improved. In view of this, the article based on the predecessors’ research results, from risk identification, prediction according to the factors, prediction accuracy evaluation, risk control measures to further the related inquiry.Based on the "Texas sun valley" construction project engineering, comprehensive analysis, the integrated use of literature, domestic and comparative study, survey, reference gauge theory four research methods. Basically has the following research contents:first of all, according to the characteristics of the Texas sun valley construction project investment and risk, establish a Texas sun valley construction project investment risk management system; Second, the study of Texas sun valley construction project risk, analysis and identification of risk factors of the project, using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the project investment risk evaluation, to determine the overall risk level of the project, and identify key risk factors of the project; Finally, the effective risk prevention measures are put forward.In Texas sun valley construction project to conduct a comprehensive analysis and research, the following conclusions:Texas sun valley construction projects mainly include technical risk, management risk, financial risk, material and design the five kinds of risk investment risk; and technology risk, design risk and risk management is the key factors that affect the project smoothly, and money and material risk relatively small impact on the project.
