The construction project of modern agricultural comprehensive park in Wangtuan Town is a national key project to be built,which can not only optimize the modern agricultural configuration in Wangtuan town,but also guide the rapid development of the local real economy in Wangtuan Town.At the same time,due to the complex design and building environment of the project,residents and surrounding enterprises have a relatively large influence on its construction,which means that Wangtuan modern Agricultural comprehensive Park is subject to the influence of various risk factors such as technology,capital,management and organization from the project investment decision-making stage to the project design stage to the project construction stage to the project completion and acceptance stage.Once handled poorly,it may cause great hindrance to the smooth completion of the construction project of modern agricultural comprehensive park in Wangtuan Town.This paper takes the project of modern agricultural comprehensive park in Wangtuan Town as the research object,and studies its risk management from the perspective of the construction unit.First of all,this paper introduces the general situation of the project from the aspects of participating units,project objectives and project construction scale,and expounds the organizational structure setting and risk management system of the project.On this basis,according to the whole life cycle management theory of the project,the project of modern agricultural Comprehensive Park in Wangtuan Town is divided into four cycles,including decision-making,design,construction and acceptance.The sources of risk in each cycle are analyzed separately.Secondly,based on the analysis results of risk sources in each cycle of the project,the checklist method and Delphi method are used to identify the potential risk factors of the project.Thirdly,based on the identification results of risk factors,the analytic hierarchy process is used to select them as risk evaluation indicators and calculate the weights of each index.On this basis,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to determine the overall risk level of the project and the risk level of each cycle through the calculation of fuzzy evaluation sets.The evaluation results show that the project of modern agricultural comprehensive Park in Wangtuan Town is high risk,and the decision-making and design cycle is high risk.The construction period is general risk,and the acceptance period is very low risk;Finally,based on the project risk evaluation results,the countermeasures and measures are proposed successively according to the risk levels of 4 cycles,such as decision-making.Through the research,it is helpful to strengthen the ability to resist risks in the implementation of the Wangtuan modern agricultural comprehensive Park project,so as to realize the smooth completion and delivery of the project,and make contributions to promoting the revitalization of agriculture.
