In the existing buildings, industrial buildings energy consumption per unit area is far higher than that of residential buildings, the energy consumption of the industrial building has considerable proportion. In cold region, the winter heating energy consumption is the main consumption of building energy consumption, a large part of building energy consumption is lost through the envelope structure. Building energy-saving design of building envelope is related to the building energy saving benefits, energy saving potential is very significant. Therefore, the study on energy-saving reforming of existing heating industrial buildings in cold region is significant.Firstly, through literature reading and field investigations to understand the historical development, the present condition of industrial building and the existing problems of the existing industrial building. By testing a typical heating industrial buildings, analyzes the present situation of the building envelope,its heat preservation performance is poorer, building energy consumption is very large. Calculated for each of the industrial building envelope heat consumption proportion of total building energy consumption, Roofing heat consumption accounted for the proportion of the total heat consumption is the largest, followed by external wall and outside window.Secondly, summarizes the common envelope energy-saving technical measures. Analysis the effect of building energy consumption and energy saving effect with different wall insulation, roof insulation and energy-saving window. Through analysis, if the building need meet the limit value of < Public building energy efficiency design standards > about the heat transfer coefficient of external wall, roofing, outside window, exterior wall and roof insulation with different material for the most economical thickness and the optimal choice of the window. Considering each component of envelope of plant energy consumption, on the premise of meet the standards of energy-saving 65%, finally it is concluded that the optimal combination for the energy-saving reform of the industrial architecture. |
