With the rapidly development of China’s society,the shortage of energy has become the main short board which restrain economic growth.The problem of limited energy supply is becoming more and more obvious.Therefore,energy saving is imperative.Building energy consumption accounts for about 37% of the country’s total energy consumption.In China,the area of existing residential building is about 81% of the total building area,but most of the existing residential buildings do not meet the current building energy conservation standards.These existing residential buildings consume a large amount of energy for heating in winter.Therefore,the energy saving analysis of existing residential building transformation is the most critical part in the building energy conservation retrofit.At present,there is still a gap between China and developed countries on the technology of existing residential building heating energy saving retrofit.Research on heating energy-saving renovation of typical existing residential buildings in cold area was carried out.Choose a typical residential building for investigation.Modeling the building and simulated the initial energy consumption by the DeST-h.The results showed that the annual cumulative heat load was about 84,148.36 k W·h,far exceeding the prescribed limit.The relative optimum thickness of the three insulation materials was optimized through simulation calculation.Considering the insulation effects and economy,the relative optimal insulation thickness of external wall was obtained as 50 mm.21 schemes were designed for simulation calculation.There were four retrofit plans that meet the building energy efficiency standard.The energy saving rates of them were about 67.3%,78.5%,75.4% and 67.6%.The economic analysis of the four schemes was carried out.The dynamic payback period of four plans were about 4.55,4.81,2.75 and 2.51 years respectively.The best reconstruction scheme was chosen by comprehensive considered with the energy saving rate and dynamic payback period of investment.The best reconstruction scheme was to use EPS for thermal insulation of external wall and roof,and replace the outside window glass with ordinary insulating glass.Figure 19;Table 32;Reference 77... |
