Energy-saving of buildings is a hot issue in the area of structure engineering and architecture. However, there is still a lot of existing buildings without any energy conversation measures, resulting in huge waste of energy. Propelling the development of energy-saving reforming in existing buildings has great significance both in technical progress and the building of the resource saving type society.Based on the current situation of energy-saving reforming in existing buildings and the climate characteristics of summer hot and cold winter area, theoretical research about building envelope, sunshade system, renewable energy sources and building intelligent system is carried out.According to the theoretical research results, three new technologies for energy-saving reforming are proposed:Energy-saving Wall Structure Based on Peak-valley Electricity Price, Added Balcony Structure for Existing Building and structure of ribbed slab floor Embed polystyrene foam board. With the help of Dest-h software, energy-saving effort of these structures is analyzed. After this, some improvements are also proposed.At last, a demonstration project is carried out, which is the new office place for Architectural Design and Research Institute of Zhejiang University. In this project, some architectural and structural improvements are used to satisfy the basic needs. Beyond those improvements, lots of new technologies can be seen here, such as eternal thermal insulation system, sunshade system, ground source heat pump, PV Power, solar water heating system, lighting intelligent system and building intelligent system, which certified the efficiency of these energy-saving reforming technologies.Technologies proposed in this paper are based on theoretical research, software analysis and actual project, which have great practical applications. Hoping the work of this paper will promote the development of energy-saving reforming in China. |
