Continues to break through in recent years our country building energy saving technology,building energy conservation industry standard specification requirements,building energy conservation industry development has been heavily promoted by the built buildings,at the same time,more and more become unable to meet the current energy efficiency standards of existing buildings,fall into the list of energy saving reconstruction and different times under the background of building of existing residential buildings,due to differences,such as building body structure is differ in thousands ways of its thermodynamic performance thermal environment and energy consumption,and so on and so forth,energy-saving way should avoid generalisations.This study relies on the international cooperation project of the national natural science foundation of China and adopts the field investigation method of large sample random sampling to grasp the diversified energy consumption characteristics of existing residential buildings in xi ’an.On the premise of meeting the needs of residents for thermal comfort,four energy conservation approaches of existing residential buildings in xi ’an are established.The main research results include:(1)Collected xi "an forest of steles wild goose pagoda lotus lake Ba bridge not ended in 131 six administrative region of the new building energy consumption of existing residential buildings related information,include building basic information(name of the building construction s building palisade structure area and layer structure form of construction equipment air conditioning and heating hot water way,etc.)and building energy consumption information(power consumption)gas consumption,lay the foundation for the analysis of energy saving.(2)Starting from the energy consumption of existing residential buildings in Xi ’an,the differences of energy consumption among 131 building samples in Xi ’an were analyzed.Static calculation and comparative analysis are adopted to analyze the energy consumption ratio of each part of the building envelope according to the two types of building age and number of building floors,so as to obtain the weight of the influence of each part of the building envelope on the total building energy consumption and the main influencing factors,so as to grasp the energy consumption characteristics of existing residential buildings in Xi ’an.(3)According to the sample 131 homes building information and building s distribution of the sample from 131,19 typical test sample during the heating season of indoor thermal environment by testing,in addition to 19 residents satisfaction to the winter indoor thermal environment and thermal demand has carried on the questionnaire survey,put forward suitable energy saving way to provide reference for subsequent.(4)According to the actual existing residential buildings energy consumption of each part of the indoor environment and building palisade structure,the influence of s in accordance with the building and construction layer of xi "an existing residential building is divided into four types,and put forward to domestic water heating equipment,lighting equipment to equipment and building palisade structure of four types of energy-saving way,both the construction energy conservation transformation for xi ’an areas to provide technical support and data references.By sample survey on xi an existing residential building and indoor thermal environment test found that both the residential heat transfer coefficient of enclosure structure in xi ’an region and shape coefficient decreasing trends,and suggests that the government for residential energy conservation measures have a certain effect,and indoor thermal environment of the household,the warm air conditioning system of household indoor temperature is far lower than the city wall hanging furnace heating,heating and gas indoor comfort is poorer,the heating effect is not ideal In the process of analyzing the influencing factors of energy consumption in different parts of the existing residential building envelope,it is found that the heat transfer coefficient and heat transfer area have different effects on different parts of the existing building envelope.Finally,according to the different characteristics of the existing buildings in xi ’an,an appropriate energy saving approach is provided.
