Building energy efficiency has become one of the important task in our country, the governance of increasingly serious ash haze phenomenon is closely connected with it.The base of industrial building in our country is larger, industrial construction completion area occupied the whole building completed 17% of the area;In the total amount of investment in construction projects, industrial building is beyond the civil construction, achieve 53% of the total amount of investment;The energy consumption in buildings as a proportion of the total energy consumption is relatively large, and present a rising trend.At present, the public building energy efficiency, civil building energy conservation has been relatively mature, the government has also introduced a series of related standards and policies to encourage to guide its energy conservation and further expand;Industrial building energy saving work is catching up, "industrial building energy efficiency design standard" draft has been released, more and more social forces begin to pay close attention to industrial building energy conservation.In this paper,the author select Xinjiang Shihezi as the study site, the city belongs to severe cold region, the local construction needs to consider the winter heat preservation measures. there is thirty percent textile factory in the last century old textile factory in Shihezi,and they are still in using, since there were no energy conservation into consideration, and the external environment is severe cold, through building palisade structure heat loss is huge, so study of the textile factory in the region is prospects and great potential for energy saving reconstruction problem.The author through surveymany textile companies, found that the existence of condensation problem more or less,through thermal calculation, found the old textile factory building palisade structure failed to meet the thermal specification request, needs to improve the minimum thermal resistance of walls, roof.However, only to ask for "minimum value" is not enough, energy consumption is still high, they also need for retrofit.This article selects the typical Tang Cheng plant as the main object of study, the existing textile factory building palisade structure of thermal test and analysis, and with the aid of energy consumption simulation software Design Builder model, simulate the situation of energy consumption.Combined with the survey data, this paper puts forward to several of the textile factory building energy saving method, with the original factory as a "reference architecture", respectively, simulation of external wall, roofing additional plant energy consumption after different heat preservation material.In order to find the most suitable energy saving scheme.Textile factory follows the graphic design,put the production workshop in the center,the auxiliary room are around it, through field investigation found that indeed, the production workshop without direct contact with the outside world, the exterior wall of the part of the roof was the main loss of heat, the winter condensation problem also happens in the roof.Through the simulation comparison, found that only the roofing heat preservation processing, obvious effect, can achieve a higher rate of energy saving.Based on the above, the author only for roofing different energy-saving reform measures are put forward, the best scenario was selected, after the simulation of the original building energy consumption situation, and the relative energy saving rate is calculated, from the aspects such as economic benefit, social benefit, in order to find the retrofit scheme of energy saving, economy and environmental protection.Hope that through this article research will provides certain reference and theoretical basis about the energy-saving reform of textile factory in severe cold region;conducive to the development of the textile factory building energy conservation in the severe cold region, and can help to promote the energy-saving reform of existing industrial buildings in China.
