| With the development of village and the enhancing of people’s aware of cultural Heritage protection,the academia and the society have valued more on Chinese traditional villages and architecture.Therefore,we could see many Chinese traditional buildings have been saved from been destroyed,which can be reformed,and develop better use for modern life.In the reformation of these traditional buildings,one method is utilizing the buildings for commerce or exhibition,which do not need high level of comfort in interior space.However,there is another kind of utilization,which focuses on improving the comfort of traditional buildings,pays more attention on optimizing the condition of interior bathroom thermal environment and acoustic environment,which is more difficult to actualize.In the research on modernization of traditional construction system,Master Wang Song has come up with a method that the ’Internal Envelope’,which is independent of the original construction system and could be integrated with insulating layer and water proof layer.In 2011,Master Yao chongqi has done much more research on how to reform and reuse the internal environment of Chinese traditional architecture,which was based on the the renovation project of Cihu College.Since 2012,The AZC work team in Nanjing University has been dedicated to the research of traditional construction systems in northern Fujian.In 2012 Master Huang Wenhua has come up with the method that how to improve the comfort of living through some constructional details in thermal insulation,acoustic enviroment,ventilation and moisture of the country accommodation design in North Fujian.Based on the above background,I have chosen Beicun village as the study case,of which I have taken part in the investigation and design job.On the basis of modernization of traditional construction system in North Fujian,I chose the "bathroom unit" to be my research topic.The bathroom unit means a new demand on bathing comfort,a new kind of inserted space,withing challenges such as construction problem,equipment integration,noise problem and so on.In this research,I hope to come up with some design strategies on bathing unit,which could resolve the contradictions between the need of bathing comfort and the traditional construction system,meeting people’s demand of comfort.What’s more,it could offer reference to the similar problems coming up in modernization of the traditional construction system. |
