The risk management of the real estate project is good, can effectively reduce and avoid these risks, ensure the smooth progress of the project according to the plan, in the economic, social and environmental benefits to obtain the expected. Therefore, in the engineering project risk management, what kind of organizational structure and risk management mode, take what identification, risk analysis and assessment, and measures how to control risk, is very important to the project risk management can achieve the anticipated benefits. This paper is starting from here.In this paper, by referring to a large number of data, are detailed analysis and Research on risk management system of real estate project. From the analysis and evaluation of recognition, finally, to develop response measures, in this paper, the concept of each step of the procedure and method are described in detail. On this basis, various methods of analysis and evaluation of recognition, comparison.
