With the development of society getting higher, as well as the living standard of residents increasing up, the residents pays more attention to city landscape, as well as raise up higher requirement to landscape aesthetics and practicality.With the continuous development of industry and technology, the market continuous development of industry and technology, the market competition is increasing fiercely;the landscape industry is also continuously developing and improving. In general, the landscape industry has made great progress in the project risk management, but compared to other more mature industry, there is still a certain gap. Through the study related to project management theory, combined with the practical working, we did the research risk management and analysis, in order to explore the full range and cycle of risk management system for garden greening engineering.The article make the potential risk of garden industry project as the research object, put risk management concept into engineering project management, mainly base on the modern risk management system building and correct establishment of risk decision, combined with reconstruction project of Qingdao-Shuiqinggou-Dongshan, referencing to the renovation international risk management experience and lessons, use case analysis, explained how to control the problem situation, reduce losses, rebuilt sequence in the shortest time period, as well as how to make sure of risk management and principle frame work from department efficiency side, system construction side and legal principle side and so on, to promote the smooth progress of project construction.Because there are so many uncertain factors of construction project management risk, and the construction project itself has the factors of complex personnel, high construction technology, long construction period, large social impact etc.. Which makes the construction project involves many types of construction project risk, also high risk, if we do not prevent in time, there would be serious end and impart the project progress fiercely. Nowadays, the project risk management is getting more and more important in this high civilized society.It not only slowing the management level of the construction company, also it will important its public image and the future development of the design company. So it’s really important to study on the risk management of construction project.To strengthening the construction of engineering project risk control,prevent accidents, is as important as the project schedule, cost quality and environmental protection.Since the risk management is a comprehensive and complex management project, we need to put it into practice from all aspects like risk identification, risk assessment and risk control.We must combine the concrete construction environment, process design,project schedule, plan selection,system arrangement, and the personnel safety and other factors, to establish scientific integrated safety control system,advanced management method and decision method.Therefore, this article analyses the decision of risk management, and does the following words:First, builds policy system research of project risk management using risk management theory, and makes integrated analyze with the proper method by using accident cause theory, also using risk assessment method to quantify risk factor, focus on all kinds of risk implementation, risk decision to make sure of risk management plan and method, to become the scientific of safety management plan target. Third, combines decision policy analysis of risk management with project target, to make the project management more scientific and perfect.Fourth,identifies and studies on project management system risk, adapts the risk management policy for our current economic situation, including improving construction law and regulations; improving risk management mechanism,improving and strengthening the supervision and mechanism;to standardize the intermediary organization; to improve insurance mechanism in construction industry;to build objective standard of risk assessment system.
