Research On Project Risk Management Of The GX Road Reconstruction Project For Construction Party

Urban road construction is an engineering project related to regional production,transportation,and people’s daily travel safety.With the development of cities,some existing roads are facing problems such as insufficient lanes and traffic congestion.As a road reconstruction project,scientific and effective risk management during the construction phase of the GX project is not only an important part of the project,but also provides fundamental guarantees for the high-quality completion and timely delivery of the entire GX project.This paper mainly analyzes and studies the project risk management of the construction party of GX road reconstruction project.The research object is representative in the road reconstruction project.Firstly,the research achievements in relevant fields at home and abroad were summarized and organized,and the theoretical knowledge and basic concepts related to this paper were elaborated,laying a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent research work.Secondly,the overall situation of the GX Road Reconstruction Project is introduced,and the risk factors are analyzed and summarized based on the literature review and summary as well as the feasibility report.Therefore,an evaluation system consisting of 5 first level indicators and 13 second level indicators is constructed.Then,data was collected through a questionnaire survey,and the risk management status of the GX project during the construction phase was evaluated using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.The comprehensive weights of each risk factor were obtained and ranked.Finally,based on the risk assessment results,corresponding risk response measures were proposed for the construction party of the GX road reconstruction project.After the argument in this paper,the overall risk during the construction phase of the GX project is not high and is at a general risk level.The research results of this paper not only provide guidance for the smooth completion of GX road reconstruction project,but also help enrich the research cases of risk management in the construction phase of road reconstruction projects in China,and provide a certain reference value for the follow-up research on risk management of road reconstruction projects.
