With the rapid growth of Chinese economic construction, the scale of infrastructure continues to expand, the growing number of high-rise building construction, the popularity of tower cranes(tower crane), tower crane provides a powerful and equipment support the national economic construction. However, the tower crane driver driving violations in the course of the apparent worsening resulting in the loss of life and property, has brought incalculable loss to society. In order to standardize the tower crane driver specification operating, development of a tower crane safety monitoring management system.In this paper, we study the construction crane remote monitoring and control system of terminal adopting J2 EE WEB technology, USES the latest struts 2, Spring and Hibernate integration framework for development, to monitor tower a life cycle, the tower crane operations, according to the geographical location and real-time data in the process of yellow warning of irregularities, especially serious in the red.First of all, the system of tower crane monitoring based on the research status at home and abroad, is aiming at the efficiency and construction safety problems of current tower crane safety, which presents an application to the WEB development technology, and the new method is based on J2 EE framework design. The design of the database model is given at the same time, the realization of tower crane monitoring and control system for monitoring the function of the signal gathering. Secondly, the function design of using the monitoring display in the everyday management helps anomaly analysis research and the system database entities involved with users. The safety monitoring equipment of tower crane and dismantling of the construction unit, etc. Aiming at the problems in the operation of the system, this paper proposes a Web environment application system based on J2 EE. Finally, we design a tower crane monitoring system based on Web browser, ASP.NET application for the architecture called Google map service interface display monitoring data at the same time. Finally we can achieve at the goal in the corresponding location on the map shows the effect of tower crane monitoring information. Results show that for tower crane remote monitoring field, this paper design the monitoring system based on B/S structure is a better solution.After each part of the joint debugging, this system can be practically applied to construction crane safety monitoring, and real time will run alarm data uploaded to the monitoring center of tower crane platform, for the tower crane management view. At the same time combined with wireless network communication, embedded technology and so on, finally it realizes the whole data processing capability, measurement and control task, more safe and reliable. The new system can prevent the tower crane when the tower works cross interference collide with each other, remote monitoring of running status of tower crane tower crane safety control system.
