The Quality Management Of Technological Transformation Projects Of Distribution Network

Power industry is the basic lifeline of the national economy, and the quality of power project directly affecting the healthy development of our economy. As the most important part of power system, the distribution network needs to ensure the reliability of the power transmission and distribution supply. Therefore, it is directly related the quality of power production technological transformation project to the safe operation of the distribution network. Due to the complex structure of distribution network, numerous equipments and the construction process chain, making the quality management of distribution network construction is extremely necessary. We need to develop appropriate control and supervision of construction steps, and make sure that each process strictly follows the construction requirements, standard and principles, to guarantee the whole project progress smoothly.This paper describes the production and distribution network for the whole construction process of technological transformation projects, introduces the concepts and principles of quality management, and lays the theoretical foundation for the later proposed a quality management program. In this paper, the application of the PDCA renovation principles divides the distribution network project into four steps, proposed the related methods of quality management. Meanwhile, this paper uses the critical chain method, to make the decomposition of the technological transformation project, identified critical chain of Haidian District projects. After that, using the Haidian District distribution network project as a case, this paper combines theory and the actual project and summarizes the project completion progress and overview and the results achieved under the project. The system analyzes the project quality management remain problems, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the management level. Comprehensive quality management analysis and research carried out in this article is to provide practical reference in grid project management, construction and supervision, safely and reliably to improving the quality of management level.
