Research On Quality Management Of Urban Distribution Network Infrastructure Project Based On PDCA Cycle

With the rapid growth of urban electricity demand, the scale of urban power distribution network has rapidly expanded and the quality management of the infrastructure projects of the power distribution network also gets more and more attention from the power companies and the whole society. As their own characteristics of the distribution network infrastructure projects, the level of quality management is generally not high. Therefore, it is urgent to analyze and find out the main problems of the distribution network infrastructure projects and to apply the scientific methods to implement the project quality management of the whole process of the urban distribution network infrastructure projects.Firstly, this paper systematically expounds the basic concept and theory system of the modern project quality management; secondly, taking the XWGZ the paper distribution network infrastructure project that I participated in as an example, it analyzes the characteristics and the main factors affecting the quality of the distribution network infrastructure projects like the implementation of quality planning, the decision of the quality policy, quality goal, quality plans, quality assurance system and construction organization design; then, the quality control of the construction preparation, construction process and the heavy and difficult points of the XWGZ distribution network infrastructure projects are analyzed; finally, the quality inspection and improvement of the XWGZ distribution network infrastructure projects are discussed deeply. The paper has strong reference significance for the quality management work of the urban distribution network infrastructure projects.
