Meanwhile, the new auto products have been introduced to market. The quality request is more and more strictly. Domestic capacity of component can’t meet the customer demands and customer’s quality request become more and more strict, so the manufacture level need to be improved. Therefore, we must optimize the product process and improve the technological level to get high product ratio and reduce the cost.This article analyzes the TR company’s existing quality control and quality assurance system and finds out the shortcomings, starting from the crankshaft surface quality requirement of domestic and foreign customers on. On this basis,we used a variety of tools and methods of modern quality management theory, through the analysis and improvement, redefined quality control system of TR company, established a complete quality control and quality inspection and quality improvement of the new system and finished the leap from traditional quality management to modern quality management. With6sigma and lean production as the foundation, we had the process optimization and established effective process.Through the research on the quality control and process optimization, we completed crankshaft surface quality improvement, improve the company’s quality management and quality assurance level to meet the needs of customers.At the same time, it lay a good foundation for the company to participate in international competition and achieve greater economic benefits.
