Research On Quality Improvement Of Support Pin In Jinding Machining Center

With the process of global economic integration and the rapid development of manufacturing industry,the competition in the internal and external markets is becoming increasingly fierce.However,the gap between enterprises is getting smaller and smaller in terms of production costs and manufacturing technologies.Under the background of national policy orientation and driven by the market environment of manufacturing industry,how to improve product quality and reduce cost of quality have become the key factors that enable enterprises to stand out in the competition.With the recent downturn in the market,Jinding machining center from a planned production of large quantities of continuous manufacturing shift to small batch,multi-species discrete manufacturing methods to become a typical order-driven multi-species small quantities of mechanical processing units.In addition,the process of product is changed frequently,the production environment is changeable,the coordination of manufacturing resources is difficult,leading to the dynamic of production management and the difficulty of quality management.Therefore,exploring the merits of existing quality management methods,avoiding shortcomings and reducing the complexity of quality control at a machining center are of great practical significance.In view of the problems and puzzles in product quality management of machining center support pin in JD project,the key processes affecting product quality are investigated,and the factors influencing the quality of process are analyzed combining with the causality diagram.The process of pre-processing quality prediction,quality control and process quality traceability as the main line of the process quality management model,the quality of key production processes to improve;through the human,machine,material,method,ring,and other factors that affect the quality of production analysis of the processing center on-site quality management Improve;combined with the implementation of 5S,in order to continuously improve the quality of the stent pin products,put forward the feasibility of the program.This subject mainly studies the existing theory and method of quality management and its application in JD project.Combining with the manufacture and manufacturing process of stent pin of Jinding Machining Center,this paper puts forward the stage of quality planning in advance-the stage of quality inspection and control during the eventthe post-event quality Statistics and traceability of the main line of the process quality control methods.Focusing on the process of product rejection with high scrap rate and the analysis of influencing factors,a product quality integrated control model was set up according to the project requirements,and the feasible ways of quality improvement were sought to achieve the goal of product quality improvement.In this paper,quality theory and quality improvement tools,put forward the overall product quality improvement programs,and take the appropriate safeguard measures to ensure the effective implementation of improved programs.For order-driven production of small quantities,more varieties of discrete manufacturing companies also have great reference value and reference value.
