Research Of SPC In Quality Control Of Mechanical Manufacturing Process And Application In C Corporation

Under the furious market competition, the quality of produce ensures the subsistence and development of enterprises. The manufacturing process quality is the key link to guarantee the quality of product, and the ultimate quality of product mostly rests with manufacturing process, so it is very important to control the manufacturing process. Based on the present production that corporations can not really collect data real-time and control manufacturing process effectively, an application of statistic process control in manufacturing quality control is studied. The work is aimed at improving the quality control level and ensuring the manufacturing & assembling quality of product which are satisfied with reliability and security. The study is concerned about the following aspects:â‘ Attention is concentrated on the mechanical manufacturing process quality control. The technique and theory about SPC is presented; the current research situation of SPC is analyzed; the development tendency of SPC is researched; method of controlling the manufacturing process quality based on SPC is proposed in the paper.â‘¡According to mechanical manufacturing process characteristic, a demand investigation, including business demand,user demand and function demand, is made for the manufacturing quality control system based on SPC. The veracity of quality data can not be assured; the management of quality information is difficult; the quality data statistic handling in out of time. Point at those problems, the total model of manufacturing quality control system based on SPC is established. Based on this, the function and implement method of the system is designed.â‘¢The key technology of SPC manufacturing quality system is considered. The digital measure projects for typical parts are presented; the management method of manufacturing quality information based on QBOM is proposed, and the parts of QBOM,the generate process of QBOM,the reading of quality data are introduced in detail. Process improving model is established based on SPC system, and the implement process &factors is presented.â‘£Finally, one example is used to illustrate the function of SPC manufacturing quality control system. The result shows that SPC system is beneficial to improve the quality control lever of military industry enterprise.
