| In Modern Society,the competition between manufacturing enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,the new products are constantly emerging,the market shows a trend of diversification and customization,the requirements of customers for products is getting higher and higher,especially for fast delivery,reliable quality and low cost.In order to win the market,gain the clients,and most importantly,to win in competition,we must continue to reduce costs,and meanwhile produce the products that meet user requirements efficiently and fast.How to achieve high efficiency,high quality and low cost of production is an urgent problem that needs to be solved.In the paper,the basic theories of quality management is firstly stated,including the basic concepts of quality management,the basic methods,the basic principles of quality management and the quality statistical tools.Then,we take the bus-bar product of M company as the research object,make a thorough analysis on the bus-bar product from its brazing,riveting,synthesis,assembly and sealant process,its present quality status of each working procedure.Meanwhile,we analyze the cause of its problem,and give the improvement direction and relevant suggestions on the basis of the quality status quo.After combining the working process and product examples,we find out specific problems of certain products and their root causes by using the quality analysis and statistics tools.Some improvement direction and suggestions which should be paid attention to in the quality management of the products are put forward.It is proved by practice that the Product Qualification Ratio of the M company bus-bar product has been greatly increased and its product quality has been effectively improved,thus greater economic benefits have been achieved after adopting the suggestions for improvement proposed in this paper.At the same time,these suggestions on quality improvement for bus-bar manufacturing process of M company can also provide some references for improving product quality in bus-bar industry. |
