Central heating system a rigorous, systematic, complex integrated project which iscomposed of heat source, transmission and distribution network and heat users. Centralheating pipe network is a dynamic fluid system. Hydraulic misadjustment, pipe heatloss, unreasonable pump selection and heating transport efficiency of pipeline arecommon phenomenon in central heating pipe network. How to overcome the pipenetwork hydraulic misadjustment, achieve the heating pipe network hydraulic balance,reduce pipe heat loss and improve heating transport efficiency of heating pipe network,achieve a more economic, safe and reliable operation is the problems which heatingindustry facing. Under this context, the pipe network of central heating system isanalyzed and researched by author. In the support of related theory and methods, heatnetwork loss of a district in Jinan is analyzed, reform and optimize measures for itsproblems are proposed, and energy saving reconstruction is done.Firstly, the impact factors of heating transport efficiency of heating pipe networkare analyzed and researched; Secondly, under the premise of solving heating transportefficiency of heating pipe network, a set of heating network energy-saving operationsystem are summed up, and the efficiency evaluation of thermal heating networktransmission is proposed; Thirdly, special hydraulic calculation software is used tocalculate complex heating pipe network hydraulic calculation, the than friction of pipenetwork is controlled and a reasonable diameter is calculated to meet the balance of theheating pipe network; Fourthly, combining the specific circumstances of the thermalnetwork, the hydraulic conditions of heating pipe network is analyzed to provide thebasis for the selection of balancing valve; Fifthly, hydraulic balance of heating pipenetwork is analyzed and the balance valve opening degree is designed to achieve thewater balance of the loop; Sixthly, the frequency and centralized control techniques areused to reduce water loss and energy consumption of system, to achieve the economicand security of heating pipe network; Seventhly, the heating transport efficiency ofbefore and after energy saving reconstruction is compared, and the measures to solveheating transport efficiency of heating pipe network is verified to be reasonable. Through the energy saving reconstruction of a in Jinan, heating transport efficiencyof heating pipe network is increased, and the economy of heating pipe network isachieved. Through the energy saving reconstruction of the district, the practicalmeasures is discussed to solve the problems in the heating pipe network,and some ideasand methods is provided. May it can do some valuable contribution to central heatingindustry.
