In recent years,central heating industry has developed quickly.For example,in2015 Xi'an has eight municipal central heating companies,heating area is 153.9 million square meters with 33.4 million square meters more than last year,central heating area is increased by more than 27%.The heating industry is beneficial for mankind,but at the same time it wastes energy and pollutes environment.Therefore,improving the heating efficiency and quality has become the developing direction of energy saving heating industry.This paper is based on monitoring system for central heating of a residential in Xi'an,from the current situation and energy saving technology about country central heating,with the purpose of improving the hydraulic imbalance and the heating quality.So put forward to the optimization monitoring system measures,to achieve the on-demand heating pipe network.First of all,this paper introduces the present situation of central heating industry in China.Based on that,this article introduces energy saving technologies from heat source,heating network and heat user three parts,then points out that the frequency control of motor speed,mix water technology,distributed heating heating energy saving technology is suitable for our national conditions.Secondly,through investigation and test data analysis,we can draw a conclusion: the central heating of a residential in Xi'an exists serious hydraulic imbalance,and indoor temperature uneven heating quality is poorer,the unit heat consumption of the whole system is energy-saving design standard specified value of 2.8 times.Thirdly,combined with FLUENT numerical simulation,the variable frequency speed regulation and water-mixing in building heat inlet are put forward to improve the network of hydraulic imbalance,and the heating quality of the system.Finally,to optimize the original heat-supply network monitoring system,I design a new heat-supply network monitoring system which includes central control the main system,a network subsystem,secondary subsystems of pipe network and terminal network.This system can make the heating system change its flow according to the variation of outdoor temperature,and achieve the goal of energy saving.
