The secondary district heating network involves the heat exchange station, heating pipelines and heat users, is the core part of the heating system. Our country has a large heat exchange station or relies on the experience of the operator manual control, automatic control level is relatively low, it also leds to heat transfer station system to realize automatic control. So far most of the heat exchange station in our country still rely on the experience of the operator manual control, automatic control level is relatively low, at the same time, also caused the secondary network at the ends of the heat users cannot according to need to adjusting the indoor temperature, not only to the heating quality, safety and the economy caused some bad influences, such as wasted a huge of energy and human resources. Control system from the end user to obtain heat energy consumption situation and the summary, and heat loss in the heating pipe network, for heating the secondary network need of total heat, heat exchange station regulation according to the heat value, thus attaining the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption and meet the needs of users, on-demand heat removal, it is the most ideal control effect in energy saving, is the best energy saving measure.Heating the secondary network, the author of this paper the characteristics of each part, the design of central heating two network control system, including secondary web front end heat exchange station control and end user control.Heat exchange station control system of temperature control system uses fuzzy PID control algorithm is used to estimate with Smith links, the control algorithm can effectively overcome the traditional PID control algorithm for temperature control, through the Matlab simulation results also can clearly see that the control algorithm is more suitable for temperature control, selection of the control algorithm combining with dynamic real-time reasonable given, combined with practical application of intelligent control, Bang-Bang respectively to realizing the function of compensated by climate and time correction of temperature control, safe and reliable filling water, pressure control and energy saving of frequency control of motor speed control. At the end of the heating secondary network, according to the need of users, design the STM8L152C6T6 as the core chip of intelligent temperature controller upper and STM8L152C4T6 as the core chip of the intelligent temperature controller, the lower Si4438 as the core chip of wireless communication module to complete the communication between upper and lower plate, finally successfully designed a secure and reliable wireless intelligent temperature controller, test result can meet heat users to use thermal dynamic adjustment, can according to their own needs, adjust indoor temperature control, improving the thermal comfort, reduce the waste a lot of energy.
