In current stage, there is crisis and opportunity coexisting in social development; along national economic regulation and its own rational development, the blowout era of the construction industry has become the history; the drive of green construction and perfection of new market order promote medium- and small-scale construction enterprise retreat behind the stage; however, the construction of Chinese urbanization development is still not stopped; the total quantity of the construction project increases year by year, which means that the construction enterprises have more and more construction projects and face the management challenge of many construction projects coexisting; therefore, multi-project management of the construction engineering has become the key and the hot point of project management research. Although each project of the enterprise is independent, they need to share resources together; in multi-project management, it will have the sharing and fighting of capital, material and human resource in the same time; therefore, the key of multi-project management is to carry out optimal and reasonable resource configuration. The architectural enterprise culture as new project management concept and method forms strong cohesion and value values in the enterprise through material culture, behavior culture, system culture and spirit culture. In the multi-project management environment, it realizes rational and effective resource allocation by implementing and guiding the construction enterprise corporate, such as rational configuration of human resource, capital and material to reduce resource conflict and promote the ability of coordinating and handling uncertainty accidents in the project implementing process; on the premise of guaranteeing the operation of each project, it completes the project construction task, shortens the period, reduces the construction cost, and improves the enterprise’s overall benefits and social benefits.The paper introduces the construction corporate culture into multi-project management of construction engineering, analyzes the construction corporate culture’s influencing mechanism and elements on multi-project management, analyzes each element’s influence on multi-project management quantificationally through establishing AHP-Fuzzy model of each influencing element to get the comprehensive evaluation result of the construction corporate culture; moreover, it obtains the approach of promoting the multi-project management ability by perfecting the construction corporate culture through instance analysis. Theoretically, it provides a method for the construction corporate to promote the multi-project management ability of the construction engineering.
