For a traditional road and bridge construction enterprise with strong traditional meaning,project management is a commonplace topic.Under the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market and the increasingly higher standards for project management,how to furtherly improve the project management level of road and bridge construction company? It is a difficult problem facing the road and bridge construction companies.The level of project management is a direct reflection of the strength of construction companies,and is the foundation of their own,reflected in their safety management,quality management,cost management and other aspects.The academic community has realized that the construction of corporate culture has a very important significance for project management.It has been found that good corporate culture construction can strengthen the cohesion and centripetal force of the project department and even the entire enterprise.Correctly constructing the construction enterprise culture has a positive effect on improving the project management level of the enterprise,but the specific way of how it works is not very clear.Many scholars try to study this,and from the perspective of the existing research results,they tend to be more inclined to Qualitative research,few people carry out quantitative research,this article takes several road and bridge projects of China Railway Qiqiu Group as the research object,through questionnaires and data analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative research,to explore the construction of corporate culture on the bridge project management The level of influence.First of all,this paper discusses the background and significance of the research,the content and framework of the research,research methods and innovations.Secondly,through reading a large amount of literature,it discusses the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on corporate culture construction and road and bridge project management level.Based on the previous research results,we constructed models and indicators for corporate culture construction and project management of road and bridge projects.Specifically,we divided corporate culture into three elements: corporate value orientation,corporate cultural environment,and entrepreneurship.The project management level is divided into four elements: cost control,schedule control,quality control,project management and coordination,and further put forward relevant assumptions;again,questionnaires are used to collect and collate the questionnaire data,using SPSS software as a tool.Descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis,factor analysis,and regression analysis were used to draw empirical analysis results and demonstrate the relevant hypotheses.According to the results of the arguments on the assumptions,the research conclusion is drawn that the construction of corporate culture has an impact on the four factors of the project management level of road and bridge projects.Finally,based on the analysis results,the following suggestions are proposed: The first is to systematically establish and improve corporate culture,the second is to strengthen corporate value orientation,the third is to attach importance to corporate culture and the fourth is to foster entrepreneurship..
